New Buffalo Shirt Factory began its journey in 1987 with a simple but powerful belief: screen printing was more than production — it was a craft worth mastering. Inside a small Buffalo shop, the foundation was formed through long nights, steady hands, and an unwavering obsession with quality.
Every print was approached with intention, care, and pride, setting a standard that would come to define the brand.
As the company grew, it didn’t just follow the industry — it helped shape it. By inventing simulated process printing, New Buffalo introduced a revolutionary way to bring depth, realism, and photographic detail to complex artwork through advanced color separation. This breakthrough transformed what was possible in screen printing, earning national recognition, industry awards, and establishing New Buffalo as one of the most respected names in apparel decoration.
In 2013, the business entered a new chapter through its sale, marking a period of transition. But the soul of New Buffalo never disappeared. Re-established in 2016, the company reignited its original mission — returning to its roots with the same passion, discipline, and dedication to excellence that built its reputation decades before.
